Local network or cloud first

One switch, in Settings, for every device the app talks to: which route it tries first. At home the local network is faster and stays inside the house; the cloud is what keeps things working away from it. Whichever loses stays as the fallback, so a failure on one is covered by the other. Vents units prefer the local network whatever this is set to at first install, for the reason spelled out in Remote access.
