Power meters & smart plugs

Settings → Power meters adds Shelly, Tasmota, TP-Link Kasa/Tapo, ESPHome or FRITZ!DECT purely for measurement. Any of them can be chosen as the ventilation meter (Statistics → Ventilation meter) — it then feeds consumption, COP and cost, in the foreground and in background refresh.
