AI filter monitoring

As a filter clogs, the fan must spin faster to move the same air. The app learns each fan's baseline just after a filter change and watches that fan load drift upward, estimating how dirty the intake and extract filters are (shown as gauges on the Statistics tab). You get a notification when a filter needs cleaning — often before airflow visibly drops.
