When the exchanger has to thaw

In hard frost the extract side of the exchanger ices up, and the unit pauses recovery until it has melted — the dashboard shows Defrosting while that happens. Short cycles are normal in winter. Many in one day are not, and the app raises an alert after several in 24 hours: that usually means a clogged filter or a leaking duct rather than a failing unit.
