The maintenance record

A document of what was actually done: every service with its date, the filters fitted right now, and what it all cost — as a PDF to hand over and two spreadsheets to work with. Useful when selling a flat, for a landlord, or for a warranty claim. It reports only what you entered and claims nothing about what you did not.
